Post catch up and Day 15: Back & Chest; AB Ripper X

I didn't post up over the weekend, and I missed Kenpo X day. I helped my Dad at my sister's house and then celebrated my 27th birthday with my family on Sunday. I had a huge cheat meal, bad bad me.

Onto today, Day 15. I thought that instead of posted my basic "great work out, sweating, whine sniffles...", I'd put my day 1 work-out reps vs today's work-out:

Day 1

Standard Push-ups : 10
Wide Front Pull-ups: 12
Military Push-up: 10
Reverse Grip Chin-Ups: 10
Wide Fly Push-Ups: 10
Closed Grip Overhand Pull-Ups: 8
Decline Push-Ups: 5 (I really REALLY hate these!)
Heavy Pants: 15 with 15lbs
Diamond Push-Ups: 2 (Hahaha, so so weak.)
Lawnmowers: 20 with 10lbs
Dive-Bomber Push-Ups: 5
Back Flys: 5 with 10lbs

Day 15

Standard Push-ups : 20
Wide Front Pull-ups: 12
Military Push-up: 12
Reverse Grip Chin-Ups: 10
Wide Fly Push-Ups: 11
Closed Grip Overhand Pull-Ups: 10
Decline Push-Ups: 10 (I STILL really REALLY hate these!)
Heavy Pants: 14 with 20lbs
Diamond Push-Ups: 10
Lawnmowers: 18 with 20lbs
Dive-Bomber Push-Ups: 10
Back Flys: 14 with 15lbs

As you can see, I've improved in lots of area's and maintained in others. Over all I'm happy with my results so far. My weight is starting to drop quickly. I think my body finally stopped holding in water due to my work out shock. Remember, this is my first time working out since High School... about 10 years ago.
