Day 10: Arms & Shoulders; Ab Ripper X

Yes yes, I know. I'm playing catch up on my posts. Figured I knock them out while I wait on my friend Ryan to get on Xbox Live (it is my cooldown time after all)

On to Arms and shoulders. Last week I had to skip this day and do cardio x instead due to weak and over strained arms. This being my first work out of this type... I loved it! I realized that I need bigger weights now, I'm a little stronger than I thought I was. This workout did kick my ass, but it was a good ass kicking. It was around the 40 min mark of the 58 minute workout that my arms felt like fucking noodles. Isn't that what a good arm workout is supposed to feel like though, kick ass.

Today was also my birthday. Hard to believe that I waited until 27 to get in good shape.
