Day 3: Arms & Shoulders; Ab Ripper X
Well, my arms are still super sore from Monday, so I was advised by my fitness coach to skip the arms and shoulders and subsitute in Cardio X and still do Ab Ripper X. I was weak after the work-out but worked up an amazing sweat and felt pretty good. I have legs and back on Friday. Tomorrow is Yoga X. I can't wait to get my wicked stretch on.
