Well, I hate Plyo, it hurts my knees to much. So I think I'll be switching out Plyo for Cardio until I get in better shape.
My weight hasn't dropped a lot yet, but I can tell that there is change. I have more energy through the day, I get up earlier and go to bed earlier. My pants are getting loose around the waist and baggier in the legs, my shirts are starting to get loose too. I'm pleased so far.
