I love love LOVE Kenpo X. Not sure what it is that I like about it exactly. I think it's that I'm just kicking the hell out of nothing in front of me feeling all bad ass... and working up a killer sweat. Oh well, it is one of the more fun of the workouts.
Also ordered more recovery drink, whey protein, and Jack3d! So pumped about this routine!

Awesome - where'd you get the Jack3d at? This Jack3d site has a price comparison widget that's real nice.
ReplyDeleteI get Jack3d at the local Vitamin Shoppe, it's across from the mall I live near. It comes out to be the same price as getting it online and delivered.
