Day 45: Back and Biceps

Wow, tonight was a good workout. I took three scoops, which is the max dose, of Jack3d which really gave me and awesome drive during my workout.

I opened up the night with 20 unassisted Wide grip pull ups... that's a record for me. I had a real good pump all night and was feeling really good about myself until AB Ripper X came.

I still hate that SO much.

I'm officially at the half way point of my first round of P90X.

I'll continue to push play and BRING IT!

Sorry I've been away.

It's been a while since I've posted. I start third shift tonight so I need to shift a lot of things around. I've been super busy dealing with personal things, but I've pushed play on the days that matter!

I'm starting week 3 of Phase 2, so once I do my workout tonight, I'll post a little blog about my progress up to this point.

Day 34: Kenpo X

I love love LOVE Kenpo X. Not sure what it is that I like about it exactly. I think it's that I'm just kicking the hell out of nothing in front of me feeling all bad ass... and working up a killer sweat. Oh well, it is one of the more fun of the workouts.

Also ordered more recovery drink, whey protein, and Jack3d! So pumped about this routine!

Days: 31, 32, & 33: My bad, yo.

So I slacked only in the blog department this week.

Day 31 was Biceps & Back, which I'm STILL feeling in the biceps (as I post this at 3am Saturday morning).

Day 32 was Yoga X, nothing exciting to state here. I hate Yoga.

Day 33 was Legs & Back. I dislike Dreya Weber, she annoys me for some reason.

This was only a "hey, I'm still bringin' it" post. I'll get back to caring about my blog tomorrow!

Day 29: Triceps, Shoulders, and Chest; AB Ripper X - a.m.

Holy shit, did you catch that a.m. part? That's right, I said a.m. You might ask why I put that down, well... I'm starting P90X doubles today. Tonight I will hit it nice with a Cardio X workout and post again with a p.m.

So today was hell, after my recovery week my arms were completely rested and didn't expect the workout I was gonna have. I can already feel the soreness creeping up on me. The pain is so, so SO, nice.

Anyway, it's almost lunch time. Cardio X is gonna make me feel like poop I'm sure. Post in a couple hours.
