Day 82: Legs & Backs; AB Ripper X

I'm about to jump into the last Leg's and Back routine of this round of P90X. I figured I would just very briefly go over my thoughts on this work out.

I love what's it's done for my body and how it's made me physically feel. My weight, as of October 2009 was 221 lbs, when I started P90X on January 4th I was 210 lbs. As of day 82, I'm down to 182 lbs.

I will be starting Round 2 after this round and will post a Day 90 picture when the time comes.
